She strikes that rare and precious balance of professionalism and friendliness, which makes one feel they are in capable and caring hands. Many can sell a home and it goes smoothly, but with Christine you get the extra small details. The small but important touches like making sure early arriving parcels were brought in, the porch light is on when you arrive for the first time at night and that the empty house is well stocked with all important toilet paper! Highly recommend Christine on. We loved our experience working with her.

She helped us sell our St. Marys home this fall, and from listing to SOLD was just 10 days — 10 days!!! While other homes were sitting on the market for months, she got ours moving immediately. Christine was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She connected us with reliable local professionals to handle minor repairs, gave thoughtful and practical recommendations, and guided us every step of the way. From the moment Christine and Glenn appeared at our door with a gift bag of essential moving supplies (the morning after we inquired about their services on the web site) until after closing, they were never more than a phone call away. In fact, I only remember one time in all the calls I made to them that I got voice mail. That voice message was answered within the hour. Nothing was too large or too small for them to do for us. We can't recommend them highly enough. Trust them with your home sale or in helping you find the perfect home...you will be so happy you did!
